No Limits Martial Arts & Fitness was founded by Master Brianne Jackson with a simple conviction: that traditional Taekwondo, practiced with integrity and taught with care, can change lives — and that it should be available to anyone willing to put in the work, regardless of income, background, or circumstance.
We are a small, deliberate school. We grow slowly and on purpose, because that's how we maintain the standards and personal attention that define us.
Master Jackson's martial arts journey began in February 1990, when she was nine years old. She'll tell you she wanted to be Donatello. Her mother had a different reason — concerned about focus and attention without wanting to turn immediately to medication, she brought her daughter to Taekwondo to see if the discipline of the art could help. It did. Profoundly.
Over the next three-plus decades, that nine-year-old became a 4th degree black belt, training under Master Dee King at Dong's Taekwondo. She teaches a combined ITF and WTF/Kukkiwon curriculum, honoring the full depth and history of the art across both of its major traditions.
Off the mat, she holds a Ph.D. and serves as a College Dean. For Master Jackson, discipline, perseverance, and lifelong learning aren't separate from martial arts — they are martial arts, and she has lived that truth for over thirty years.
No Limits exists because Master Jackson believes cost should never be the reason someone can't train. The same art that helped a nine-year-old find her focus should be available to anyone willing to put in the work. No Limits was founded to make sure it is.
We teach traditional Taekwondo as a lifelong discipline. Every class covers the full curriculum — forms, sparring, self-defense, breaking, and the history and philosophy of the art. Students don't just learn to kick and punch. They learn why, and they learn what it means to carry this art with them off the mat.
Advancement at No Limits reflects real growth. Belts are earned through demonstrated skill, knowledge, character, and time. We use a pre-testing system so that every student who steps onto the floor for their official test has already proven they are ready — and we tell them so. The test is a celebration, not a surprise.
We are small on purpose. Every student gets personal attention, honest feedback, and a real relationship with their instructor. That's not a limitation of who we are — it's the whole point.
"This school is dedicated to our students, who give us the inspiration to spread the joy we have found in Martial Arts — and to the belief that everyone who wants to train deserves the chance to do so."
